Online Learning

Online resources for aspiring Team Leaders!

The T.E.A.M. Dynamics personality profile is designed to give you additional insight on your leadership style. You will explore your strengths, challenge areas, communication approach, conflict management tendencies and areas to be aware of as you work with a team.

As you complete the survey, please remember there is no right or wrong answer. You will see twelve screens featuring four words or phrases. Look at each word or phrase and decide which one describes you the most. Next to that phrase type in a 4. Type a 3 by the one that next describes you. Type a 1 next to the one that is least like you. Next to the remaining word or phrase type in a 2.

Try not to spend too much time on each set of four. Its important to remember each set requires all four numbers to be used. It is not possible to use two of the same numbers in each given screen. If two words or phrases are almost a tie, do the best you can to evaluate accurately and honestly. After submitting your answers on all twelve screens a results page will appear. Please print the results page as you will be referring to it as you learn more about your leadership style. You may also need the results page for an upcoming meeting with your coach or advisor.

REMEMBER: The purpose of this survey is to give each category its own rank for each question. You can only use a number (1-4) ONCE PER QUESTION.

In order to take the profile you will need a key code. Your key code can only be used one time so it's important to allow enough time to complete the twelve questions. After reading the following instructions, please enter your key code and begin the profile by typing your name on the appropriate screen.
